A glimpse of what each day holds — the modalities, the people, the place.
A formal diagnosis helps but is not required. A medical screening with our MAPS-trained nurse practitioner is required before any ceremony work. If you have been diagnosed with treatment-resistant depression, PTSD, or another qualifying condition, we will coordinate with your prescribing physician.
Most clients are. Some medications interact with ketamine and may require tapering, dose adjustment, or short-term pause; we discuss this with you and your prescriber during medical clearance. Bring a full medication list to your consultation.
Spravato is a nasal-spray form of esketamine administered in 30-40 minute clinic visits. IV infusions are similar — clinical setting, brief sessions, no ceremonial framework. Within Center holds ceremonial ketamine within a multi-day retreat with integration coaching. The medicine is the same family; the context is different.
Not directly. Ceremonial ketamine therapy is currently a private-pay service across the United States. We can provide a superbill for out-of-network reimbursement on some elements (medical visits), and many clients use HSA/FSA funds.
